The DePaul Men's Rugby Club is always recruiting new players. All male students are welcome to come out and absolutely no experience is required. Read on to find out more about our club and if you have any questions, please email depaulrugby@yahoo.com

Rugby is a fun and physical sport played around the world. It is similar to American Football (infact, football originated from rugby) but played in a faster and continuous manner. There are no time-outs, no huddles and the clock never stops. Unlike American Football, every player gets to pass, kick and run with the ball, every player gets to tackle opponents and every player gets to score.

Rugby can be played by anyone! Fast or slow, big or small, all that we require is a desire to play hard. No prevoius experience is necessary, most of our players had never even seen a game before they joined the club.

We typically practice from 5-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays with games on Saturdays. Away games may take up most of Saturday and tournaments may take up even more time. If you have a time conflict don't worry, come talk to us and chances are you can still play.
